I’m Shannon—a breath work facilitator, Reiki therapist and swim instructor, helping both kids and adults feel healthier and more at home in their bodies.
I’ve seen how breath can release emotional blocks and empower individuals to rewire the subconscious mind, release trauma and find freedom from anxiety and stress. Mindful movement in water this creates calm and confidence.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and rooted in nature—creating safe nurturing spaces to breathe deep, heal and let go.
